Furniture Retailer Repair

An Ashley Furniture client who lives in Wildomar, CA purchased two identical leather sofas with recliners attached to both ends of each sofa. After several months of usage, the sofas had sagging seats.

The client gave OC Furniture Technicians a detailed description of how the recliners' sagging seats cause back discomfort.

 OCFT fixed the sagging seating issues.

OC Furniture Technicians will not reveal the actual repair process. The tech- niques used in the repair process is our trade secret.

The customer's warranty on OC Furniture Technicians upholstery repairs is for as long the client has the furniture.
